TopBand: ZK1XXP Inflated

Rain and wind QRX this morning and got a crack
at ZK1XXP. Good signal with slow QSB from 1120
to 1202 utc. Some seemed to have trouble copying
as I heard them go back to several stations who
just kept calling.
