TopBand: 3D2WC - better

Good Morning

Well 3D2WC was much better today than yesterday when only a W0 had
good copy at my sunrise.

Came out of the noise and worked lots of the deserving.  Peaked twice
in Battle Creek at 20 minutes before sunrise and again right at
sunrise.
