TopBand: Rope Climbing Thingy?

Hi Tower Talk Wizards. Here is one almost in the same category as true
North...I have a firmly lodged (stuck !!) pulley and lanyard arrangement
into the top of a rather nice pulley-eating tree. I want to be able to
use the ropes to support a modest dipole..Does anyone know the source of
one of those gadgets which will ratchet itself up a cable/rope? (The dipole
will be used until I can install a TOWER. (Whew, got it in). Tnx es 73
