TopBand: This morning in Boring Oregon

Got on just at sunrise and the good conditions seemed to still
be there.  The ZL beacons were coming in very well and the band
was pretty quiet.

However, I guess the VKs had all gone to bed as none were to be 
found.

FO0FI was very active - but on 80 meters.
