TopBand: G3REP to Bangladesh

No Skeds and No Promises - but will be visiting Bangladesh in May for a 
site survey and will be returning periodically.  As colleagues know 
160 is my priority,  subject to suitable facilities.

S21YE (G4VLV ) is assiting with my licence application.  Will try to 
post the reflector with any possible activity.
