TopBand: Big hand for FO0FR

Just a note to say thank you to Bob and Rob at FO0FI/FO0FR for their
excellent low band operating.  For those who have not been out in the
Pacific, it isn't an easy place to work radio - often lots of QRN, general
noise and storms!

Having followed the guys around the bands and listened to their voices
almost disappear from overwork and keying arms nearly drop off as they chase
the propagation from band to band, the guys deserve a big hand - especially
for the effort put in on 160m.
