TopBand: MFJ-1026 Noise Canceller & 160m

I am interested to know about the effectiveness of the MFJ-1026 unit,
especially the manufacturer's claims about atmospheric noise reduction ...
160m QRN levels here have been higher than ever, even during the winter
months.

If anyone has got one of these units, I would appreciate any comments.
