TopBand: 1830 Carrier

Hi, Dave,

It's probably the third harmonic of a BC station on 610 kHz.  Local KAVL
here has plagued me for the 23 years since I moved here from W5RTQ.

FCC sets the criteria for BC station harmonic radiation.  I don't know
what it is, but 60 dB down from a 10 kw station would still be 100 mw.
