TopBand: 1830 Carrier

Let me add another source of carriers, not necessarily on the even 10's
of KHz.  I was plagued by weak, but annoying carriers on 1828 and 1832
KHz. They drove me nuts when weak DX-peditions showed up using those
frequencies. To make a long story short, the sources of the carriers 
were traced to an Epson FX85 printer on LPT1 and an Epson MX80 used for
QSL labels on LPT2 of the computer. As long as I remember to switch off
the power to these critters the problem doesn't exist.
