TopBand: XZ1 and T88 Wed morning

XZ1N was fairly good copy this morning here in Iowa with his signal peaking
about 449 just a few minutes before local sunrise (abt 1330z).  No cigar on
the XZ.  T88II, however, had a very nice signal (an honest 579) and went
into the log for a new one on topband.
