TopBand: T88II Dec 14

T88II is very thin in Battle Creek, Michigan,   I got a QSO by the skin
of the QRN this morning about 1255 zulu this a.m.  15 Dec 98.   They
peaked for just 2 minutes.   I think I heard a nine get thru.  Then
nothing!  Terrible when you are the only one calling.  Think the band
died for a while at 1300!  Either the band or the T88II!

Earlier, +/- 1240 zulu it was all W4-land, but us 8's could only hear
whisps.
