Phase noise and IMD go hand in hand. The Phase noise limited Dynamic Range
should be equal to the Intermodulation Limited dynamic range. See my paper
at the 1986 RF Expo West, repeated by invitation at RF Expo East, and the
following day, by invitation, to the Iowa Chapter of the IEEE in Cedar
Rapids.
