TopBand: noise

[Dennis G. Peterson]

	Does anyone have the article or maybe the webb-page for the 
noise sniffer unit for sniffing out annoying noise sources on topband.
I believe there was an article published in either 73 or CQ magazine
a few years ago using a radio shack AM broadcast radio (pocket size)
with the AM aircraft band on it as well.  Any help appreciated.
