TopBand: 3DA0CA Logs

Hi All:
Does anyone remember the comment on here RE: the posting of the 3DA0CA
logs would be once per month or something like that.  I worked Jon 2
nites ago (I think) under less than desireable (20 over+ QRN )
conditions.  Last night he was very good readability at 579 here in
Maine. However, I didnt call him back to make a "second" contact.  Guess
I'll wait for the log posting to verify a qso before making any further
attempts.
We have been having 10 minute windows both long and short path to 9M0C,
but at readability 5 and signal level 0 I dont expect to break through
his high qrm/n levels...but got to at least try!!!!
