TopBand: YB0ARA/9

Phil, YB0ARA/9 is back in Indonesia now and is again QRV on 160 M. 
Indicates he will continue on 1826.5 when the band is open - QSX as
announced.  Says he will continue top band till mid March and then use
some of his new acquisitions to do 80 & 40 M thereafter.

Cards are coming from QSL mgr Art, N2AU too.
