TopBand: V31JP (K8JP) Joe Pontek

I chatted with Joe for a few minutes on forty meters this morning about 
1200Z. He was running JA stations on 7007 khz. He said he was running 
500 watts and a mobile antenna. He asked me to pass this information on 
to the Topband "reflector". He said he would be on "Topband" just as 
soon as he could get an antenna up and working. He said that it is slow 
going in the "jungle". He picked a good time to drive down there. I hope 
he took a digital camera with him.
