TopBand: ZC4HA QSL route?

       Hi all Topbanders!
       Happy New Year!
Anybody who have information can You help me?
I worked with ZC4HA in March,1996 on the TopBand and 
sent QSL to him by mail(direct): P.O.Box 2345, Larnaca, 
CY 6533, Cyprus. But I didn't receive anything back.
May be anybody have a QSL for this operation?
Could You please inform me about it(route e.t.c.) via TB 
reflector or direct E-mail?
