TopBand: 1825

     There has been a carrier on 1825 for several months now. Actually I 
     think it's on 1.824.9Mhz.

Does anyone (I guess EU's) know anything about the weak carrier on 1825? 
It's definitely coming down the antenna, so it isn't my rx!
