George,
You can open the file with Netscape (and probably the Microsoft
browser too) and either print it out in its formatted form from
the browser or you can save the file as "text" rather than
"source" format using the "File: save as" option. It will then
be an easily editable (and printable) text file. But it will not
be nicely formatted.
