Hello Bill,

I did QSP to JA0DAI about your information today.
He is active on 160m band too.  He will leave Japan for Laos tomorrow.

He agreed to your proposal.
XW30 will QRV mainly on 1823KHz, but will transmit on 1824.5KHz for USA.
