TopBand: 3DA0CA

Thanks to the tip from Chris, ZS6EZ, I was able to work Jon, 3DA0CA,
today on topband for # 162.  He showed up on 1827 a few minutes after
03:00Z.  The first time he called CQ he was very weak and I did not hear
him say UP5.  The next time I did hear him say UP5 and worked him on
1832 around 03:13Z.  He got louder until about 03:20 then started to
fade.  Around 03:30 he was gone and a few minutes later was on 80 CW.
