TopBand: V31JP on TopBand

To: ALL TOPBAND OPERATORS.

FYI, I just worked V31JP (Joe, K8JP) on 80 CW.  When asked about "160?",
he said that 
he was planning to operate 160M "tmw nite".  That would be our Friday
night in USA.
He did not indicate what time or frequency he would operate the TopBand
"tmw nite".
However, he did start on 80 CW sometime after 0300 UTC, today (09 JAN
98).

This is my first season on the TopBand, and I don't know why it took me
so long!

P.S.  ...I'm still looking for Delaware for a 160M CW sked to complete
WAS/160.  Tnx.
