YC0LOW had a good signal into Colorado this morning at 1415Z, 16 Jan
98.  He called CQ for a long time on 1828.  I suspect he was troubled by
QRN as it appeared he apparently was having difficulty copying the guys
calling.  He was listening on his frequency.
