TopBand: BY1QH 17-Jan

   Yesterday, I watched on 1820-1835 Khz at 12:00-13:10z on 17-Jan-98. 

As Prince W0RI mentioned on the TopBand ref, BY1QH didn't QRV at all then.

once a day if I can.    Will watch from 1200z most days. 

  If you don't want, I WON'T.   (I have no access Packet-Cluster system).
