TopBand: BY1QH?

BY1QH was weakly heard in Nebraska at 1308z--I could always tell when
he was transmitting, but rarely copy what was being sent.  I was
hoping for another peak at 1345 but he either faded out or QSY'ed by
at least 1323z.  I had reasonable copy (559) of him on 40 meters until
just before 1500z when he said that he was QSYing to 1827.5.
