TopBand: EY8AM

EY8AM peaked 559 at 2330z Sunday as he was calling CQ Eu, on 1829.4 kHz. I
could not raise him, nor could other stateside stations who called. He did
work VE1ZZ earlier. Heard him off and on for the next hour or so. He went to
SSB on 1840 for a few minutes and then back to CW.

If any Europeans have contact with Sergey, please let him know we were
hearing him. I'll be QRV again Friday and Saturday evenings.
