TopBand: Folded unipole study

G'day from WA!

A few weeks ago there was a message posted about a folded unipole study at
http://www.dir.com/Nabpaper.htm

I have tried to access this in the last couple of days and the message says
the pages are not at the server (anymore?).

Anybody got any ideas what has happened/how I can get to see the study?
