TopBand: Balloon Full Wave Antenna for 160M

We used a full wave loop at KC8MK (now K8MK) in several contests.  Top was
supported by a French military kite (altitude = ? we had out > 750' of
string) bottom was supported by 2 50' push up masts.  It was a fun antenna.
