There is a handy online tool available from the U.S. Naval Observatory
which I find beneficial for determing sunrise/sunset and twilight data for
Low-Band DXing.  The data entry form can be found at
http://riemann.usno.navy.mil/AA/data/docs/RS_OneDay.html#formb.  The
following is an example of type of data returned for a specific data entry:

The following information is provided for Kermadec Island (longitude
W178.3, latitude S29.8):
