TopBand: TL5A

[Pa3dmh Alex van Hengel]

Alex PA3DZN / AH8Q recently became active from Bangui in
the Central African Republic as TL5A.

Alex will be active 160 - 6 meters, CW, SSB & RTTY.
The first results on topband are encouraging.

Please be patient. The start of TL5A came earlier then expected
so the QSL design just went to the printers office.
