TopBand: Question about LU4UAD QSL

Hi, guys!
I would like to know if anybody got QSL from LU4UAD for the 160m QSO.
I worked with him in July,97 and sent him direct QSLs twice, but nothing
received back.
If anybody have any experience will You please inform me by e-mail?
