Hello Topbanders,

I just got my antenna up at my new QTH. I hear an interesting noise over a
50 kHz width, with the upper limit being 1800 kHz. It pulses with a 3 sec
on and 2 sec off cycle.

I notice that the neighbor's dog has one of those Invisible Fence collars
on. Before I fire up the PA, I am looking for more info on these invisible
fences, which I believe must use RF signals from a perimeter wire to
activate the shock collar. I want to know what I am talking about before I
go ask the neighbors if their dog has been acting strange lately. I would
hate for "poochie" to suffer.

I suspect that the 1750-1800 kHz range would be a likely place to operate
these fences. If so, is the receiver in the collar selective enough to
keep out my signal if I fire up my kW on 1801?

So, I am looking for your help with these questions:

1)What is the address for the RFI reflector?

2)Anyone know what frequency these invisible fences operate on?

3)Anyone ever have interference probems with them?
