TopBand: Beacons

I have acquired a communications terminal, I need some one to develope some
software to run it as a beacon, I don't have the time to devote to
programming such an animal.
I would like someone who has the knowledge and time to develop this little
gem!

Any takers ?   Please, it will go to a good cause, My project of developing
a 160 m Beacon network.

Maybe we can get TenTech to donate some equipment, I understand they have
such a unit available with modules.
