TopBand: NL7Z

I don't know which day the echo phenomenon occured, but yesterday morning
at about 1400Z (19 Mar GMT) I heard echos on another California station
while I was listening SW.  It reminded me a lot like the backscatter you
hear so often on 20, 15 or 10 meters.  This is a very unusual thing on
160m for me.
