TopBand: ROTAHR Radar

Several have asked me for info but I have no way of transfering DX
Cluster messages to this reflector. 
Also,  the K1EA link was down for a few days so  I suggest that those
interested get in touch directly with Jim, AD1C. Jim is in the best
position to get that info out here.

It is real and on the East Coast almost every AM...the silence and lack
of interest here is deafening.
