TopBand: The new entity H40

To all:

This morning I contacted Jim Smith operating  H44/VK9NS.
Jim will be on the Santa Cruz Islands also, operating H40AB and  begining
April first at 0000Z for a new one!

That's very nice, have two DX-peditions on the islands.
