TopBand: Nepal and SUNRISE EFFECTS

I plan 160 and 80 meter operations from Nepal from July thru November
1998.  Can someone e-mail me the best times UTC to be on the air on these
bands daily?
Please do not explain why and do not tell me anything but the
times/months.  I will not use other info due to my limited existence.
