TopBand: web site update

I have updated some of the topband pages ( K6ZZ has all new pictures on with
a good view of his shut feed).
I also made some room for the upcoming Dayton TopBand dinner and if I can
find a server I will upload some of the pictures in Dayton.
Hope to meet a lot of the TopBanders at the dinner.
