TopBand: H75A (YN)

I see that there were a couple of spots for H75A an expedition to YN on
topband between 0430Z and 0530Z today. It appears they disappeard
because there was little activity. Suggest if anyone works them on
another band that they ask them to spend more time on 160 with specific
QTR and QRG. Advance warning will get them more action. I will try to do
that as well. Perhaps with frequent requests we can get them to show up
at a given time and frequency.
