This morning 9M6AAT had an excellent signal peaking 589 about 12:00Z. =
He started CQing at about 11:30 Z saying up, but not specifying how far =
up. He eventually settled on up 3. His XMT freq was 1827. He had =
trouble hearing due to "QRN", but was workable.
