TopBand: bq9p now qrv

Hello Reflectees,

Worked bq9p at 1815z last night. He was cqing on 1.828 and listening up 3.
Seems to have good rx as he came back to my first call. 

Also worked bqp9 on 75M ssb at 1152z (3.795 qsx 3.799)
