TopBand: XX9

Could someone help out in the Western reaches with word to XX9TRR?  I
see QRV on 3510 at 15Z but little consolidation for midwest or east
coast at 2-3 hours past our sunup.  Hoping to see him from his sundown
at 1000Z on either 80 or 160 M - especially before the contest.

Macao is pretty rare stuff out here.
