TopBand: VK9LX update

The VK9LX team is on our way to the airport in a few 
minutes and expect to be QRV  on top band in 24 to 36 
hours. 

Our EU pilot station for 160M will be Rys, SP5EWY. We will 
fax logs for our EU 160M Qs to him daily. We will have 
no internet access from Lord Howe, so any feedback should 
be sent to Rys.
