TopBand: 160 dx

Hi All, Nov 22nd. At last cndx have improved to North America with a good
opening. An unusual feature of the signals were that a station would be S8
and then for a couple of seconds drop to nil and then back up to an
S8......Murphy says" this always happens when the callsign is being given"!
Many thanks to the N.A. stations who let the 6Y5 know I was calling. This
morning 2000z/2100z, XZ1N ( 1825.5) QSX up 2 amd KH2/K4SXT 1824 were
fighting the big European pile ups. It seemed as if the XZ was having
copying difficulties...possibly due to QRN. BV4ME was also Qrv on 1829.
