Topband: Radials over grvel driveway

Hello All,  It is worth the effort to get a tractor, move the gravel, take
out 3" of dirt, drop the radials,  and cover with sand.  Wash the gravel
pile with a sprinkler for a day to wash out the trash in it.  Let the pile
and ground dry and then put the gravel back. This may sound like alot of
work, but it keeps the wires from breaking down.
