Topband: 3B9R now QRV on 160

There have been around 7 Indian Ocean operations in the last 18 months.
Until this one, they have all had the reputation of not being as easy to
work from ZS as one would expect.

3B9R had a rock crushing 9+20 signal here last night.  Better antennas?
Better propagation?  Certainly not distance.  At 4500 km the distance is
about average for the above operations, which have varied between 2000 and
6000 km.
