Topband: Broadcast Station: Harmonic Supression?

Gary, I believe the 1830Khz harmonic to be pervasive throughout the 
northeast.  Lately, I've regularly noticed a harmonic on 1832Khz as well . . 

In instances such as this, is there any chance our league (ARRL) can lend 
some assistance in getting some action?
