GM3POI on 1.831   01:00-02:00Z on 03-Feb-99   with an R5 signal into the
upper midwest (southern Wisconsin).

GM3POI is first European I have heard in very long time.   If ER5GB on
reflector, please stay on band through midwest sunset so we
can have a chance to work you.

maybe this band will come to life yet!
