TopBand: 3B8

Hi All,
Hans 3B8/DJ7MI was trying to be yesterday on 1827 KHz at 2200.
Unfortunatelly we were not able to hear anything /even 5B4 who is closer to
him was without any success/.
I wonder if any of DL's here knows what power and antennas is Hans using?
