TopBand: VK9XX

VK9XX came through with a decent signal last night and worked many EUs ( but
not me, yet)  He peaked around 2140 UTC and faded out after calling CQ NA
around 2200. Hrd VE1ZZ calling him - in vain, so I guess they have local
noise.

Worked him agn on 24Mhz today and he said he will be on from 20 UTC tonight
on 1826.3.
